Disconnection Policy

To keep our games fair to everyone we enforce a strict disconnection policy to prevent players from taking advantage of others.

Our poker room software determines when a player becomes disconnected from the Internet. If this happens to a player while a hand is in progress that player will be considered all-in for the remainder of the hand. The same rules apply for a disconnected player as they do for any player that has gone all-in normally.

Every player starts with 2 disconnect all-ins in their account for any 24 hour period. If a player has used their 2 disconnect all-ins and is disconnected during a hand, that player's hand will be folded instead of being considered all-in. Players may request to have their disconnect all-ins reset by e-mailing Support@PokerFever.com. If this request becomes a regular occurrence, please e-mail Support@PokerFever.com, we may be able to help with your internet connection stability. If we feel that you are abusing your all-in disconnections you will lose this privilege.

Players should be careful playing when both their disconnection all-ins have been used. If you become disconnected your hand will be folded, and you will not be able to lay claim to the hand or any portion of the pot you were involved in before the disconnection.

It is the player's responsibility to ensure their connection is reliable. PokerFever.com helps to determine your internet connection reliability by displaying your network connection status from your computer to our servers. This status is displayed in the lower left corner of the lobby by displaying ‘Good', ‘Fair', ‘Poor', or ‘Not Connected'. If your connection status shows Fair, please use caution when playing as it is more likely you will become disconnected during a hand. PokerFever.com cannot be held accountable for any funds lost due to any disrupted gaming.
